Way back in technology’s stone age of the mid-1990s, Geoffrey Moore wrote a compelling book entitled Crossing the Chasm – Marketing and Selling High-Tech Products to Mainstream Customers. Even though most of the “high-tech products” that form the context of that book have long ago gone mainstream or even disappeared, it is still an interesting read.
